Do I have to replace my current tools?
No. We connect to what you already use. If something is genuinely holding you back, we'll say so on the audit call, but switching is always your call.
What if my software isn't listed?
If it has an API, we can usually connect it. Some industry software (for example ServiceTitan or Toast) only opens its API to approved partners, so we'll check before promising anything.
How long does an integration take?
Most simple connections take a day or two once we have access. Larger ones are scoped on the audit call.
Who keeps it working?
We do. Connections are covered by your monthly plan or AI employee fee, and we fix anything that breaks.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We're added to your accounts with our own logins, and you can remove our access any time.
