These terms govern your use of ainchor.ai and the Ainchor SMS messaging program. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.
SMS Messaging Program
Program purpose. The Ainchor SMS program sends service-related text messages to people who have opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and service updates, responses to inquiries you initiated, and follow-up messages related to work you requested. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
How you opt in. By submitting your phone number through a form at ainchor.ai and agreeing to receive texts, by sending us a text message first, or by giving written or verbal consent during a service engagement. Consent is never required to make a purchase.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further messages from us unless you opt back in.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us directly at will@ainchor.ai or (720) 902-8870.
Message frequency. Varies. You will receive messages only in connection with your inquiries and active services.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive from us. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your opt-in data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Content. The content on this site is provided for general information, "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual property. The site, its design, and its content are the property of Ainchor. Do not reproduce them without permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
