26. What counts as "recovered": invoices past due on day 1 of the pilot that get paid within the 30 days. Agreed?

Without this, the case-study number is up for debate.

Day 1 = the day the agent GOES LIVE, not tonight. The chaser isn't built yet — a gap between yes and go-live is normal, and this protects the recovered number. If he says no at day 30: we pull the invoicing-tool access and delete his data. (His answer to "what am I giving you access to?")
